Refund Policy

As all products are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or colour choices, so please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at twilightvisionmusic@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Digital Downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

We do not offer refunds for orders that are delayed due to shipping carrier issues or customs delays.
